Laura Eisterhold & Lori Hermann -- Directors

In 2005, Laura and Lori had a vision to open a dance studio that would give children a place to learn dance skills that would give them the confidence and persistence to accomplish many great things throughout their lives. All the smiling faces we see come in the door from week to week is what inspires us to keep making Elite Performing Arts the best it can be.

 
 

Jacqueline Sutton -- Jazz, Tap

Jacqueline has studied various types of dance including ballet, jazz, hiphop, contemporary and tap. She grew up dancing in Columbia and has been teaching in Jefferson City for the last 5 years. Jacqueline has studied dance in New York and LA with choreographers such as Mia Michaels and Wade Robson. She has received awards for her choreography on regional and national levels and continues to share her love of dance.

Tiffany Johnson Tiffany Johnson -- Ballet, HipHop, Jazz

Tiffany began her dancing career at the age of 3 at Priscilla and Dana's School of Dance. She has danced all genre, including: jazz, ballet, tap, modern, hip-hop, and lyrical. When she graduated from highschool, she attended UCM where she was a member of their dance team for 3 years. She is very excited to be back in the dance world.
 
 

Curtis Sudduth -- Jazz, HipHop

Curtis is thrilled to be on the staff at Elite Performing Arts. He started his dance career with gymnastics, jazz, ballet and tap and soon after started performing in musical productions while living in the Kansa City area. Curtis has studied jazz, tap, ballet, modern, hip-hop, funk and musical theatre dance styles in Cincinnati, Springfield, New York and New Hampshire. He has also taken master classes with the Broadway cast of Fosse, Andy Blakenbuehler, members from the original cast of A Chorus Line and other Broadway Dance veterans. Curtis made his professional choreography debut with the New London Barn Playhouse in New London, NH in 2005 and also served as the Resident Choreographer for the 2006 season assisting and choreographing many musicals.

Michelle Ivy Michelle Ivy -- Tap, Modern

Michelle has been involved in dance for over 15 years. Being a member of a competitive dance team for many of those years she has competed on both the regional and national levels. Michelle has studied ballet, jazz, tap, modern, pointe, lyrical, and Russian folklore. Michelle currently teaches all levels of tap and works with our comptition team. Michelle has won multiple regional and national awards for her choreography. She works locally as a nurse and loves spending time with her husband and new baby daughter.
 
     
     
 

Taylor Heckemeyer -- Combo

Taylor Hoeckemeyer began taking dance classes at the age of 3. She started dancing competitively at 8 years old and continued to compete over the years by going to conventions held by Tremaine, NYCDA, Adrenaline and Dance Olympus. She has received numerous scholarships and awards. Dance Olympus invited her to do a summer tour with them, Adrenaline gave her a full scholarship to their nationals and an invitation to a tap program in New Jersey. Taylor is glad to have the opportunity to work at Elite Performing Arts and share her love of dance with young dancers.
