Little Dancer Little Dancer is an introductory class for children age 2 ?-5. Students will learn things like taking turns, following direction from an adult and memorizing the sequence of a dance. Other benefits include learning coordination, building strength and improving imagination. Combo 1: ages 3-4 Combo 1: Ballet, Jazz, and Tap Combo 1a: Ballet, Jazz, and Tumbling Combo 2: ages 5-6 Combo 2: Ballet, Jazz, and Tap Combo 2a: Ballet, Jazz, and Tumbling Ballet A classical dance form characterized by grace and precision of movement. Jazz Various dances characterized by the use of improvisation and influenced by rhythms and techniques of jazz and pop music. Tap A dance in which the rhythm is sounded out by the clicking taps on the heels and toes of a dancer?s shoes. Modern A style of dance which requires balance, extension, strength and flexibility. Hip-Hop A high energy style of dance as seen on MTV and in TV commercials. Teen Mix This class will allow teens to experience different styles of dance including jazz, modern and hip-hop. Princess Camp Girls will have fun learning to be a princess. They will receive a tiara upon registration to be worn when they come learn how to walk, dance and behave like a princess. There will be stories, music and the last day there will even be a tea party. Will be offered again soon! TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE Registration fee per family is $20 once per season during continuous attendance. Tuition 30-40 minute class: $35.00/month 55 minute class: $40.00/month Ballet 4, 5 or 6: $65.00/month Single night of class: $15.00 Late Fee after the 10th: 10% with $10 minimum Tuition is due the first class of the month and includes 3 classes per month. Some months there will be a bonus 4th class, but there will be no additional charge. We offer a family discount for dance classes. After the longest class is paid according to the cost above, the second class taken by that student or immediate family members will be at a cost of only $25 for the month (or $45 if it is a two-night class). Third and subsequent classes taken by that student or immediate family members will be $20. All tuition is non-refundable. There will be a late fee of 10% with a $10 minimum added to tuition paid after the 10th. There is a $25 returned check fee. Classes with less than FIVE students may be cancelled at the discretion of management.
